I'm in deep as well. I log everything and check at least 8-10 times a day.

The way I see it, everyone is different, so therefore what's good for 1 person may not be good for another. I say if anyone is concerned about their health, then they should go talk to their doctors or whoever.

I say go for the salad. If you're used to eating light, then when you eat something heavy it'll make you feel sick. I did that over the weekend. I got the worst stomach ache. Don't worry about what they say, after all you're doing right by your body.
