My macros are Carbs 40% Fat 30% Protein 30% that's about 140g protein daily. So 25g protein is way too low to build or preserve muscle.

I wouldn't call cottage cheese as cheating. Having 800-900 calories left over regularly is a bad idea.

It's the same difference. To lose you need to take in less calories than you burn. Whether it's eating less calories than you burn or burning them through exercise, or a combination of both it's what is required to lose weight.

IDK

You can have some pie too as long as it stays within your calorie deficit.

Why does he have to change just because you decided you both should. Do your own thing and let him do his own. You never know, you might inspire him sometime in the future. When I told my husband I was going to start lifting weights, he was dead against it. However, 3 years down the line I'm still lifting and he's started…

What alternative is there? No idea why it's such a problem for you that you need to create a thread about it. It's right up there with the big boned and genetically overweight people .
-
You can do it...great mind set. Keep at it!
-
This is of no help to anyone as it's meaningless.

You have to get over this. There's no need for him to change so that you can lose weight, if he doesn't want to support you he doesn't have to.
-
You're overthinking it. MFP has a low protein % so don't worry about going over it.
-
You don't need to miss out on any foods, or go low carb. You just need to eat at a calorie deficit. To make sure you're doing that weighing your food is your best bet.

I don't believe there's any magic to it, it's down to willpower.

Legs, arms & shoulders

I would go for failure in the last set only.

Whether you think you can, or whether you think you can't, you're right.
-
It really doesn't take that long to track food. Yes occasionally there are annoying moments when you just can't find anything related to what you're trying to log, but it's not that big a deal.
-
What's happened is that you've been eating way more calories than you accounted for.
-
There's no way you're eating below 1200 cals daily and not losing.
-
Losing weight rapidly isn't going to make you nice and healthy. Eat at a calorie deficit, exercise if you want to, drink lots of water and be patient.
-
I want it, so I'm going to have it. Mmm so nice. FFS.
-
Congrats on losing 60lbs!! Be happy, you did this.
-
Whether you believe you can or whether you believe you can't, you're right.

Keep swimming, it's fantastic exercise for your body.

According to BMI I should be ok at 120ish, but if I go below 135 I look half dead. Just goes to show those BMI charts are VERY general and we should go for what is best for us individuals

Just let your body recover, too many people underestimate the trauma pregnancy has on our bodies. Give it 3 months and enjoy time with your baby for now.

I eat breakfast/lunch and lunch/dinner in a.5hr time frame, i can't see what difficutly you have with that. We're all busy, more often than not i eat lunch in my car as that's my only option.

Yeah, give yourself a break, no one needs to walk 20k steps a day.

Try concentrating on lowering yourself down, do them as slowly as possible.
