Knees
I have messed up my left knee because I have a terrible habit of bringing my knees inward as I ascend on my squats, I am aware of this and have been trying to correct it, but obviously haven't done a good enough job of it so far. My knee has been very swollen since my last lifting session on Thursday, it's not as bad today…

Errm
OK so I have loosely been following 5x5 and for some reason I have literally only just noticed that there's only 1x5 of DL. I have been doing 5x5 :blushing: :noway: Is this terrible, as in could I be harming/injuring myself? Why is it only 1x5? I'm a bit alarmed at how dumb I've been not to have noticed this and am now a…

Who would you save first?
You're in a car with your SO and kids, the driver loses control and ends up driving into a lake. Who would you save first? I'd save my kids , youngest first as he would have the least chance. Husband can take care of himself.

Being slim...not the norm?!
Last saturday night a friend and I were having a moan about our love handles over our (uk) size 10 skinny jeans whilst getting ready to go out. When we were at the club later, I noticed my friend wasn't being her usual self and barely dancing, mainly standing next to a wall. I asked her if she didn't like the music, she…

Confused about calorie intake allocation
Hi According to mfp it says I should be on1200 cals a day to reach my gw. I have just been reading up on how many calories you should be on to lose weight to find out that if you have 10lb or under to lose you should adjust your calorie intake as otherwise you will reach the plateau everyone dreads and lives in fear of.…
