OK, so we need to do cardio to get rid of fat and belly fat is generally the last to go.
My problem is i don't want to lost much more weight, am nearly at GW and if i lose much more than this i will look scrawny. You can see my ribs as it is.
But my belly just looks awful, it's not huge but big enough for people to think i'm pregnant :frown: After having a lovely positive day, i popped into the supermarket on the way home from school...the checkout lady thought i was pregnant, she went on about was I sure...like i wouldn't know....i can't bear being asked this anymore.
Will i ever have a flat (ish?) belly???

I would suggest you work on strength training. Building muscle. If you build muscle you can lose body fat without making yourself look scrawny.0

1. How rude!!!! Was the checkout lady not embarrassed?
2. How about good old sit ups and relax the cardio?
3. If you do find a way, remember sharing is always nice0 -

Yeah she was certainly rude, even went on to say how funny it was then if i wasn't pregnant, only i wasn't laughing. If she hadn't made me feel so bad i would have told her to F*** right off.
I'll be sure to share *when* i find the cure!
Thanks for your replies ladies.0
