Yeah it did turn a bit rambling I'll give you that. I am maybe, just trying to break my plateau. I get about 100g protein as per MFP recommendations. And I'm using a clip thing for the body fat. Thanks that sounds like good advice! One question, is the HIIT and weights on top of my normal Cardio distance sessions?
-
Thanks for the answer Gary, my only worry is if I switch to HIIT and weight training I'll go under 1200 net a day and that doesn't seem to be working well now at 1400~.

Meatballs and pasta, in garlic and olive oil, with a rocket salad side. Dr Pepper to drink and a tiramisu for pudding. Yum

I've reached a plateau in my weight loss after about 58lbs, and the 5:2 diet has interested me as a possible next step. I will be interested to know what people on MFP think about it.

I dunno about the US but in the UK I think generally flashing is a polite thing (as above) or warning of a speed trap or other danger. Horns are only really used to express anger.

I agree that for venting purposes, and objective advice it may be better to vent Online. But in this case I think the situation has too many variables on OP's husbands side that we simply cannot pretend to know, and therefore cannot offer much advice.
-
This is going to sound out of place but. Instead of listening too all these girls, who I can only assume are all under 17 years old from some of the terrible advice, you could try acting like an adult by sitting down and talking to your husband about this instead of venting to random strangers on the internet.

You should try Deadspace.

Who said dedication wasn't part of it? I never implied that being rich was all that was needed, your reply makes no sense.

Her name is Jennifer Stano, and you do realise that she lives in Beverly hills, owns her own fashion company and is married to a rich Greek businessman? She probably spends her entire day working out with an expensive personal trainer and has endless money to fund her image which is the only thing she has? On top of that…

There are loads of additional health benefits to exercise on its own, and not to mention muscle mass burns more calories at rest anyway.

I eat them all back, and I eat to my daily goal most days. The way I think it works, feel free to correct, is: ((Maintenance calories - Net calories = Deficit) = Weight loss @ 1lb per 3500 calories) as long as Net Calories > 1200~ starvation. Then If you exercise, your basically increasing your deficit if you don't eat…

I can't stand the GYM or swimming. The faces haunt me into the following night. Running however is a different ball game. You only see people when running for like half a minute, then you don't have to worry about them any more. Also, you should try running at a time of day when its quiet, like really early or late at…

How can you do too much cardio? What does MFP say your calories burned from normal daily activities is? (HOME>Goals>DIET PROFILE)
