  • I was always curious as well! http://www.facebook.com/pages/Alicia-Victoria-Modeling/178244812228784 There ya go!
  • You are the person on MFP that most inspires me.
  • Not anymore! The other day he had ten pounds on me! I was thrilled! This is the first time in at least eight years that I weigh less than he does! He is and always has been a scrawny bean pole! If he were to start exercising though and building muscle, well he'd get under me in weight again fast. You can't beat this boys…
  • I'm impressed, well done! You look amazing!
  • My scrawny *kitten* never-gains-weight husband looked at that and went "I've done that." So maybe the reason I'm fat is because I've never done that.
  • 5'4.5" - 144lbs. - last time I tried on jeans(somewhere around 150lbs) I could fit a 9 in juniors. One pair was falling off and the other fit perfectly. Different brands. I haven't tried on any adult jeans since then and have not replaced my pants. My tightest 10's fit loose. I plan to replace my pants at 140lbs. That…
  • Just for the sake of getting to the weight I want, I'd like to put on the bridesmaid dress I wore for my sisters wedding in 2005. I never intend to wear it, I just want to be able to say I put it on. I'm almost there, the damn thing just won't zip up over my bust.
  • Eh, I wouldn't be so sure. I lost more weight doing a walking DVD. Besides, I'm not walking with her for my benefit. It's for hers. she's full term and the baby doesn't seem ready to come out. So her doctor suggested some walking. Thank you though! Once I'm less frustrated I'll get back to it.
  • Out of curiosity, did level one produce many changes for you or did you only start to see the changes in level 2? How long did you do each level. I sort of got fed up with my lack of progress and am instead walking the mall every morning with a friend until I'm less fed up.
  • I think unfortunately because it was spreadsheet open to the general public for editing that if they're gone they are gone. Some people didn't understand how to use it and wrote over other peoples entries.
  • I am 5'4.5" and aiming for 140lbs. This last 4-5lbs just refuses to come off though. hahaha. Whatever. I set my goal for 140 instead of 130 because I figured 140 while still a little round is well within my healthy BMI range and I'm okay with having a little bit of a belly. So I might not be the inspiration most people are…
  • I don't actually log foods anymore but I lost most of my weight keeping myself aware of calorie intake and sodium intake without too much exercise. Maybe a Zumba here or a really long walk there. I only started exercising again when the weight refused to budge anymore. So long as you are calorie counting appropriately I…
  • I'm not going to touch the real women part. With a stick. I will agree that curves=/=rolls but I would hardly consider Jessica Biel curvy. She's fit, in shape, has a great body, but she is not what I'd call curvy. When I think curvy I think of women like Marilyn Monroe, Christina Hendricks, Demi Lovato(post rehab), Nicki…
  • I was just reading this yesterday: http://calorielab.com/news/2008/02/12/calories-burned-during-sex/ Had me rolling everywhere. Especially this part: Activity group: Insertion Both partners fully aroused 11 Female not fully aroused 46 Male not fully aroused 108
  • Those are some amazing results. I've been doing the shred for 10 days(not including the 3 break days I've taken) and was feeling a little disheartened as my weight hasn't moved. How did you pattern it? Did you do ten days on level 1, ten on 2, and ten on 3 or....?
  • Okay, this seriously has me rolling. hahah
  • You are not alone on the acne! I've been breaking out on my neck and shoulders and all over my face like crazy. And mine has mostly been under control the last few years. My complaint is that I'm still not seeing any changes. I lost weight quicker doing a Leslie Sansome walking DVD. And believe me, I am pushing myself…
  • I need off today because I pulled something in my neck yesterday, but I'm also planning to do 15 days at level 1 and then 15 days at level 2. I'm a little discouraged today though because I'm seeing no loss.
  • It's because you need the direct link(ending in .jpg, .gif, .png for it to work as an image and not just a link): (the picture is VERY large though) Also, I think it's perfectly normal.
  • I pulled something in my neck this morning when I started exercising. Yowwww. I missed the first minute and a half in the strength portion of circuit one. But I forced myself to get up when the repeat came around and was just careful with my neck.

  • You look amazing! Congratulations! And I wish you the best with the PGCo. Fire Dept! You guys stay busy out there!
  • Finished my Day 7. Lots of things are getting easier and my lungs are behaving through the cardio more. I think I've finally decided to do 15 days of level 1 and 15 of level 2.

  • Is it wrong to steal the SD card? Yes. As an amateur photographer I can tell you that the old creeper did not have any legally protected rights to take pictures of an individual running. Yes, when you go out in public people might take pictures of you. If you enter places of business for example there are usually signs…
  • Mine won't move either, but I'm not stressing it. For me this is going to be more about the inches than the pounds. (in two weeks if I haven't even shed a pound I'll probably stress it though. hahah) Have you taken a break day? Some people find that having a break day or a high calorie day will get their weight moving down.
  • My husband can and does. Everyone who keeps pointing out that the thin people they know eat breakfast are making me giggle a bit. My husband is one of the thinnest people I know(naturally) and he rarely eats breakfast. If he gets up at 7am he won't decide he's hungry until almost 10:30. But he also snacks late into…
  • I do not eat before the 30DS because the first day I did that it made me nauseous. But that's me. I know people who absolutely can not work out(any work out) without eating before hand or they'll get faint. So if you are feeling faint do eat! Other workouts I've had a clementine before hand and that didn't make me ill. So…

  • When I hit 150(which was a goal for myself a long time ago that I never made) I rewarded myself by making my first purchase on SockDreams website. A very sexy pair of tights. When I hit 140 I don't know what I'll reward myself with. I had an awesome necklace I found on etsy in mind at one point, but we shall see.
  • Even though I sincerely doubt I'll ever be able to do push-ups, but am going to try and do some(even the girly ones!) later in the day to try and get my body used to them. I'm also planning to do stretches because I just can't stretch my legs out very far for the stretches at the end.
  • Don't let it stress you out! I haven't lost anything either! By day four my scale was moving up in my average range. Yesterday I took a day off for rest and because we had a super busy day, I also ate a super high calorie diet all day(at least compared to my average) and my weight went back down to the low in my average…
  • I'm actually taking today as a break day but will be counting tomorrow as my day 5. Good luck to everyone working out today!
