  • We're in the same height range, and I regained some of what I lost. So you're my inspiration to get back to it. Thank you!
  • When I worked in a bookstore we sold a lot of this book. It's supposed to be a great way to sneak veggies in on kids who are refusing to eat them: http://www.amazon.com/The-Sneaky-Chef-Strategies-Favorite/dp/0762430753/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1347563507&sr=8-1&keywords=sneaky+chef
  • I just wanted to say I love your point of view. It's so healthy and honestly refreshing. So thank you for that.
  • Ten years ago I babysat a ten year old with what then was a top of the line phone. When I was 16 I thought it was BS that this kid who lost everything got a tiny expensive phone and I didn't have one. And then I grew up. It's not my business what sort of phone a parent determines that their kid needs. Will my ten year…
  • Two more for the better with age since I'm watching Independence Day. Will Smith. Oh boy. I loved him even as the kid with big ears. I've seen my share of bad pictures of Jeff Goldblum, but I'm always amazed at how much he really hasn't aged. He is very much a good looking man.
  • Yes to all three of these!
  • That's what I'm thinking as well.
  • I would love to look like Martha Stewart when I'm 70. But wow am I blown away by her modeling photos! Gorgeous!
  • I'm also willing to post pictures of people who either retained their hotness factor or kept getting more attractive. One for me is the eternal grace and beauty of Julie Andrews. Always beautiful, and classy. I would love to know this womans beauty routine.
  • I still think he is a very handsome man. I think that's just a bad picture of him.
  • Very sad. As a little girl I watched Grease over and over again. I was very much in love with John Travolta.
  • I stopped wearing mine months ago for this reason. I'm not going to lose it. Eventually I'll go get it resized.
  • And some caramel please! Except maybe a brownie instead of chocolate fudge cake. Or chili cheese fries from fuddruckers. mmmmmmmm
  • I love this advice, and love the link for exercise references. Thank you!
  • This sounds yummy!
  • You look AMAZING! I'm having trouble believing you and I are the same height. I did NOT look that good at 170, haha. Not at all! Are you sure you are 5'4"? You have a Christina Hendricks kind of figure, so amazing. Also: totally in love with your dress!
  • The variations are interesting. I am 25 years old, 5'4", 139lbs, with a 29" waist. I'd like to see a 27" waist but am not stressed over it, and am more interested in reducing the fat on my belly(34.5" there, guh).
  • The calculator gave me the exact same size as VS did, which is larger than I've ever been in my life. I'm assuming as my rib cage area shrank down, my girls didn't shrink. And that's how I've found myself in a 36C. Though the band on this one is starting to feel a smidge loose and I may need to shrink down a band size…
  • We've always eaten it with pork loin and mashed potatoes. Nommmm. I love sauerkraut, my husband hates it. hah
  • I prefer the real stuff, and if it can be helped going to a butcher shop for it. Turkey bacon isn't bad, but I didn't see much benefit nutritionally to switch to turkey bacon. So I'll stick with the real deal, and I don't eat it too frequently so I don't have any guilt in it.
  • avocado sweet potatoes coconut All three are super gross to me. And avocados legitimately make me ill.
  • I can't eat the burgers there. They make me ill. That being said I LOVE the chili cheese fries. I seriously start getting cravings for them. I decide on the days we do that to absolutely NOT count calories. Cause it's nuts there. You gotta live every now and then.

  • Wow his site is awesome! haha. Growing up they used to swear I could live on nothing but potatoes. I almost want to try it now.
  • If they're watching you then they're not working on their own fitness. Don't even worry about it.
  • That had nothing to do with the McD's burger being bad for you or full of preservatives or anything like that. http://aht.seriouseats.com/archives/2010/11/the-burger-lab-revisiting-the-myth-of-the-12-year-old-burger-testing-results.html?ref=title Even if you made a burger from scratch it wouldn't mold. • My "happy weight" is ten pounds under my goal weight. =/ Honestly? at this point? I'd just be happy to reach my goal weight to be honest. My "happy weight" is at the bottom of what I'd consider acceptable for me.
  • Honestly? I'm 5'4.5", and all of the various BF% calculators on the web say that I've got around 110lbs of lean body mass. Yours may well be different, but I doubt by all that much. So in my opinion, yes, 110 would be too low for your height. But that's without knowing your particular body structure. I'm at 143 now, and am…
  • What size did you start with? I started in a 10-12 What size are you now? An 8, and most of them fit pretty loose. My thighs are more what's keeping me in the 8's. Most Current Stats: Hips? 37 Waist? 29 Thighs? 23 Height? 5'4.5" Weight? 143
  • Sure, there is the possibility that the remark was entirely innocent. We all have moments where we "forget what we are doing" and announce it. But in the middle of such a sensitive exam is absolutely not one of those moment. And maybe my response is colored by personal experience and the desire to get out of bad situations…
