Just 1 mile today. Total for month so far: 12.5 miles. Sarah

I know I felt just as you did when my marriage ended the same way. It took years to get closure and really move on. However, it is not always black and white and nobody is perfect. I know I made mistakes in the marriage too. That does not justify those actions or choices. But it is complicated. I will say that life goes on…

5.5 miles for me today, making 11.5 for the month so far. Sarah

Depending on the size of the chicken breast, it won't be many calories. I often microwave a chicken breast in water for about 15 min from frozen, then cut it up, mix it with a can of green beans (only 70 calories for the whole can) and throw some lemon pepper on it. I also sometimes do the same then cook it a couple extra…

I walked 6 miles today :) Sarah

Hi neighbor :) Missouri here.... Sarah

I'm in. Weight today was 232.2 pounds. Let's get started! Sarah

Try the PB2 products. MUCH lower on calories, tastes the same to me.... Only 45 calories per 2 TBS Sarah

The products are watery, but not bad considering zero calorie. I like the thousand island dressing the best. Dave likes the ranch as well. I HATED the peanut spread. Love the caramel sauce. Dave says the cocktail sauce is ok as well. Try it, they have a money back satisfaction promise....

Dear gawd, I am speechless......

Morning Niki! Glad you made it here! This site helps ALOT!!!! hugs Sarah

It is ok to let yourself have a relaxed day-in moderation. Don't pig out or go overboard. Stay away from the candy, limit yourself to one cupcake. Enjoy the day. Sarah

That is intimidating for me still....will keep to my 5ks for now lol! But here is another KC person wishing you the best of luck! Sarah

As I understand, that is pretty common with high fiber foods. I know when I eat double my target or more of fiber in a day, the poor hubby is wanting to run to the spare room lol. Sarah

I do not know the answer on extra skin. But, I have to ask, not for myself but for you: If he can not be more supportive of something that is important to you, is he really someone you want to marry? Don't settle! My partner is SO amazingly supportive of anything I care about doing. Sarah

I have only used this site. I specifically was looking for a site with a mobile application for andriod. If I did not have the ability to log in from the gym or the occasional meal out on location, this would not work well for me. Sarah

The internet has become a huge part of our lives, as partly evidenced by this site. I think *most* schools, even really good ones, now offer some "online" version of the curriculum. While I understand and agree with wanting to have confidence in the person you are giving as much control to as a PT, any credible online…

We have the "cook this, not that" book. Like any recipe book, it has some I will make, some I will never make. Is it usefull? It really depends upon what it is you are seeking. It is very specifically targeted. For example, the cookbook takes a specific restauarant meal and makes a cheaper, healthier version of it. So if…

The hubby and I do the HMR shakes in the morning, with water. They are really good and thick if you put enough ice in (I do 6 oz water and 10 ice cubes). They are 100 or 110 calories depending on the type (500 or 70 plus). They aren't cheap but if you limit how many you do, it might be worth looking into. Sarah

Sounds yummy!! Sarah

I actually want one of the new Fuji waterproof rugged point and shoot cameras lol! Sarah
-
One note on "zoom". Make sure that, if zoom matters to you, you choose a camera with OPTICAL zoom, NOT DIGITAL zoom. Your resolution will hold up with optical, but with digital it will get grainy as you enlarge images. Sarah

Visit dpreview.com and look at user reviews from people whom have purchased and used the cameras in your price range. I have several in different price ranges, from point and shoot to SLR cameras and lenses. But, before I buy ANY camera I am interested in I look at reviews from REAL people whom have bought and used them.…

I have done couch to 5k, but not the formal program everyone is referring to. I just started walking. I started with a mile, and kept adding as I could. I walked my first 5k July 9th. It took me about a month before I did it, but at that point I could walk up to 5 miles in one stretch. The 5k was a really cool experience,…

What I find MOST attractive is PERSONALITY. What is between a man's ears is incredibly HOT. The right personality makes ANY body type attractive, because you are seeing more than what meets the eyes when you look at him. Bald or not? If we are just talking physical traits, it can be either. Some guys pull it off better…

I walked my first 5k earlier this month, and plan to do more in the near future. In September, I plan to do two of them the same day. One for diabetes, the second for autism-both which directly impact my family. Sarah

Nice! I am frustrated because the scale has gone up 2 pounds each today and yesterday. While I expect it during that monthly cycle, it is getting quite irritating this week! Despite valid reasons, it can be very defeating. Sarah

Self esteem is just that. It resides in YOU. Nobody can give it to you, get it for you, or teach you how to have it. You have to find it within yourself. Try focusing on what you LIKE about yourself, even if it isn't physical. Confidence has NOTHING to do with size. I have learned since exiting my teens that I have no…

Usually hotels will have a microwave, even if not in your room-as part of the lobby/breakfast area. Look for grocery stores nearby and see if you can get lean cuisine or such. Sometimes you can even find shelf stable meals like that. Other suggestions have been great too. Sarah

Count me in as well..... But I hope the extreme focus equals success... Sarah
