I want ONE-derland. I am not sure it is realistic for me this month. My goal is August/Sept for that. This, in part because of a two week vacation slated for June. However, I plan to continue to make progress this month... Today, May 6th I am 225 If I can make it below 220 by the end of the month, I will be happy. I think…

I agree with many here. While I am staying away from some things except for a rare occasion, I don't consider myself to have cut out anything. Rather, I view it as all about choices. Everything is a decision. It is a matter of budgeting calories as you would a checkbook. Is that food worth splurging on? Can you afford it…

If the person can be stolen, the person doesn't really qualify as somebody else's. I do not believe you can "steal" someone whom is happy and truly committed. I have, however, been on both sides of the fence. I have had a marriage end due to infidelity. I have fallen in love with a married man as well. Life is not always…

Walked 9 miles today. I am at 85 miles for the month. Sarah

I can't speak to the angle you are referring to. However, my son is a sophomore in high school and is diagnosed with bi-polar, ADHD, ODD, and PDD-NOS. I have had quite a bit of experience with behavioral therapy and specialists such as that. In fact, we have had services through a leading behavioral therapy company for a…

You have a lot of time. I would suggest looking for, interviewing, and doing "normal" portraits with potential photographers in your area. Looking through a portfolio will only get you so far. You will see a sample of work, and what style you may be drawn to, but comfort is going to be a huge factor here. I am sure you…

It is going to sound strange. But, I would recommend lanolin cream. They make it for breastfeeding women. Because women whom breastfeed obviously can only use "natural" or non harmful products, it is a very good healing product. A little goes a long way. Believe me, it does work. I am sure you can find it at BabiesRUs or…

I agree! That being said, sometimes it is just not worth feeding into it. I will bite my tounge or be super sweet if I know the person is actually trying to get a rise out of me. Why give them the satisfaction? If I have my kids with me, sometimes it just isn't worth my time and energy to make a scene. But, by the same…

Wow., that is amazing!!! The other Sarah~haha

That was great!

I think that is an important quality! Unfortunately, it has become quite scarce thanks to the internet and instant messaging. Sarah

I am kind of in the same boat. So, I sympathize. I have lost about 16 pounds total...and a couple pants sizes. But I had to work a LOT harder after that first 10. It is going MUCH slower now, and I have to fight for every little change in those digits. Very frustrating. But, what is the alternative? Giving up? Gaining it…

Yeah, that is what made me click lol. Truthfully, chocolate is what keeps me on track. If I exercise and am a good girl with the diet, then I have enough calories left for a treat :) meaning something sugar free/no sugar added in regard to ice cream or chocolate. It is my atta girl lol Sarah

Lots in Missouri as well.... Oddly, I didn't even realize there was such a thing as canned pie mix. I have always made my pies with the pure canned pumpkin puree. Fortunately, it is something that is so cheap every year, that I over buy. If there was a shortage, I would still have a few cans in my pantry from the previous…

Haha...bring on the snarky... It is just me hanging with my little girl (10 y/o) tonight. Hubby went to do something with his (adult) daughter. Entertainment is welcome.... Sarah

Haha....well... I guess I should just say my hubby and leave the details out... but, seriously, there are *specific* things he can do that TOTALLY give it to me instantly...haha I suspect that would probably be too detailed and get the thread deleted though lol Sarah

I know of someone in CT, I will see if she is interested. GREAT cause. My son is diagnosed with 4 different mental illnesses. I am doing a walk for autism later this month for that very reason! Sarah

5 miles today. 33 for the month so far. Sarah

Yep! Big time. Not sure there is anything we can do about it. For me, if I don't "pig" due to cravings and hormones during that time, the weight is just water retention and it goes away again once it is over and done with. I still greatly dislike it. But, I am learning to live with it, expect it, and not beat myself up…

LOL. Well, it is like a bruise in that it has broken capillaries or distributed blood unevenly. The best way is to rub the area immediately after to redistribute the blood. Also, watch what you take. Tylenol can make you bruise easier. I am sure there are other meds which also have the same impact. Probably herbal…
