    Adding another 30 minutes for yesterday.Today I did 50 minutes of Zumba on ps3 game instead of walking but I won't count this.

    Raining today, so not walking, did 45 minutes of elliptical but will not count this as walking. Only another 10 minutes and I have reached my September Goal. I think I will add another 100 minutes to my end goal.

  • Sorry that I haven't been keeping up - the month is nearing the end - I have 112 miles in - challenged myself to 140 this month! Just 28 miles to go - I should get about 13 - 15 of those in the next 2 days for sure!
