    I am going to try to do 7 hours this month. I am just beginning. I should be able to do more than that but I'd like to have a success under my belt before I challenge myself too hard. Good luck everyone.:smile:

    Sept. 6 - 60 minutes
    Sept. 7 - 70 minutes
    Sept. 8 - 45 minutes
    Sept. 9 - 50 minutes
    Sept.10 - 60 minutes

    total so far 315 minutes

    Hi all! I have been away from MFP for a while but I am back...AGAIN. I am currently participating in the 90-day Body by Vi Challenge and already am walking usually 3 days a week with a friend. So I thought this would be perfect and help me stick to my goals. Thanks for letting me join! I haven't had a chance to read through all of the thread yet, but I am looking forward to supporting you all!

    4.7 miles this morning before waking the kids and heading in to work! So proud that I went even though my walking buddy couldn't make it this morning.

    I changed my ticker b/c I think my phone is psycho. I think it was more like 3 miles this AM, so I am only going to take credit for those. How is it going for everyone else?

    I am walking right along. My goal is 60 miles this month. I figured an average of 2 miles per day was doable!

  • Saturday = 4.57 miles; Sunday = 4.75 miles; Monday = 4.51 miles; Tuesday = 4.7 miles ---> 18.53 miles to add to 41.97 = 60.5 miles for the month!

    Almost halfway there!
