Don't give up!! The key is to look at what you average. I have a tendency to lose 3 or 4 lbs, and then the next week either gain, or barely lose anything, But I average 1.7 a week! You are still down 4 lbs!!! Definitely make sure you are eating enough, but otherwise, keep up the good work!!!

I was going to Start the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVDs In January, so if that counts, I am in!

I was at about 4200... I didn't do too terrible food-wise, but the wine (and lots of it!) really added up. Paying for it on the scale though!

I love Sabra!!! The garlic one and the kalamata olive one are my favorites. So good! I also like homemade. I use a ridiculous amount of garlic.

My new favorite ways to get protein are Flat-Out Wraps multi-grain (100 cal. and I think 9g of protein) - I like these with Hummus, and Kashi Go lean crunch (honey/flaxseed)... which I think also has 9 grams. Not sure if they are Vegan, but worth checking out!
