Hi All, Just thought I would share my progress! I have trying to lose weight for about 14 months and I just hit 100 lbs lost!! I have about 20 to go to reach my goal, but this is a huge milestone for me!!! Good luck to everyone out there! It can be done!!!

HRM Question - Men's Vs. Womens?
Hi All, I am looking into getting an HRM, and after reading posts on MFP, I think I am going to go with the Polar FT4. My question is - Is there a difference between the "Men's" & "Women's"? I was looking on Amazon, and the Men's silver one is WAY cheaper than the pink Women's. Appreciate the help!!!
