Ripped in 30 - mixing workouts

I am just finishing up JM Ripped in 30 (In my last week)... and I was thinking that when I finish, rather than start over, I might just do a different "Week" every day. Has anyone does this, and is it still effective? Also, I DID NOT LIKE week 3, so I was considering eliminating that from the routine (Not because it was too hard, I just did not like it at all, and didn't feel like I got as much out of it as the other weeks). Do you think I will be missing some important exercises if I skip that one?
