I agree with Shelby.....and I even asked my doctor about this. He said that daily activity is a good thing. Taking walks on your breaks is a good thing, and keep on doing it!!! But you really need to get sweating and get your heart rate up in order to get the most benefit.

I am! I'm going to cut out wood Christmas trees (about 2' tall), paint them up, stick lights in them and give them as gifts this year.

I know what you mean Daniegirl.....I'm a freak about clean bathrooms and I have seen major kooties crawling in some of those pics! LOL!!!! But that's just me. I'm a bit of a germ freak and can't help noticing things like that. (I say this and then look how close my dogs face is to me! LOL!!!!)

That is FREAKY.....I have the all music channel on the TV and it's playing a variety of music, but right now it's Christmas music!! LOL!! (I'm dreaming of a white Christmas!)

I just came off a 2 month stall..........with NO CHEATING, and I exercised heavy every day. Then all of a sudden this week, I lost 3+ pounds!!!!! Go figure. All I can say is don't give up. Give it all the time in the world.

I'm no doctor so you should ask your doctor first because it's definitely a twisting motion......but I found that sitting on the floor in an almost sit up position, and get a stick and row, just like in a row boat. This will really make your core strong if you keep at it!

I plan major events to attend. It could be a wedding, a high school reunion....whatever. Then I HAVE TO BE GOOD!! LOL!!! I would rather drop dead than go to my high school reunion being "heavy". Works for me. Really well!
