I grill my and use it in place of a burger. Put it in a thinwich bun add some veggies and olive oil and enjoy.

youtube is great. if you are near a library check out exercise dvds there. If you want to get a good idea of something before you buy one. Thanks for the wonderful advice. So far I have found out that hemp protein is not the best tasting. Pea protein is okay tasting depending on how it is made. I tried Jay Robb's whey protein in tropical dreamsicle mixed with coconut water earlier. It tasted great. But when I went online to see the cost of it, it almost came…

I do apple cider vinegar with water and sliced veggies. Yummy. One part aplple cider vinegar to 3 parts water. If you let it set over night the veggies grab the flavor.
