Cardio wise- I'd say Banish fat boost metabolism. For an overall, full body workout Ripped in 30. Ripped in 30 is definitely a step up from Ripped in 30, and leaves me dripping with sweat, but I still don't have the endurance to do all 7 circuits of Banish fat.

I'm not loving week 2. Seriously, what is with Jillian's obsession with Shelly's butt?

I find most of the sub places are high sodium. Thats processed meats for you I guess.

I took Saturday off...so I had to force myself to work out last night after my first 8 hour shift back at work. (I'm easing back into 12 hour shifts post maternity leave) and I was so surprised when it made me feel better! So tonight after work will be day 1 of Week 2! Enjoy your workouts today ladies!

I loved it so much that I'm doing Ripped in 30 now! I was sore for a bit and had to push myself (sometimes really hard) but it was SO worth it. I lost 5 lbs and a total of 7 inches.

Great job! You look incredible!
-
Sounds delicious! I'll have to try it!
-
A few more days and you'll move onto the next level. Then a whole new set of muscles will be sore :) I have to say I'm so happy it's not just me....I could barely walk when I got out of bed this morning!
-
You look incredible! What a difference! If you are happy with your 30DS results, you should try Ripped in 30 next....I just started it after finishing 30DS and it's awesome as well!

Okay. Day 3 is done...I'm still really stiff but I only had to catch my breath once during each session of the running man. I really, really hate the running man.

Day 1 yesterday...and I felt SO SORE this morning. But...no pain, no gain right? So I pushed myself through Day 2- and I'm feeling pretty good about it right now. I did before pictures and measurements last night and I'm hoping to see some serious changes after 30 days of this! Good luck with your workouts today!
-
You are looking incredible! Tommorow is also Day 2 of Ri30 for me...I hope I get results half as good as what you got with 30DS!!
-
I thought I was going to die when I started 30 DS, then it got better. Until the next level....when I thought I would die....and so on and so on. If you push through it's a great workout and you get some great results. I would recommend taking measurements before you start....I lost more inches than pounds.
-
I hated level 2, but my problem wasn't the planks...it's was those chair squats with V raises. I would curse my way through most of level 2. I hate to break it to you....but the word plank still get tossed around in level 3. Good luck not smashing your tv!

We are all in the same boat- or we wouldn't be here. All you can do is stay focused on why you want to lose the weight and to understand that it won't happen overnight- you have to be patient and commited or you are setting yourself up to fail. Feel free to add me if you like.

Looking great! Congratulations on making it so far!

I feel the same way. I've adjusted my eating habits, increased the amount I exercise (as my children allow of course!) and I find it frustrating that the scale is barely budging. I just try really hard to stay focused on how good I feel when I do see the number on the scale change and remember why I want to lose the weight…

You should add a snack around 9 am if it's the same time everyday. Or increase your breakfast to hold you longer.

I just completed it yesterday! I did 10 days on each level...you can move on to the next level whenever you feel ready though. I lost 4.5 lbs and a total of 7 inches off my chest, waist and hips. I really had to push myself to get through some of the moves but overall I'm so happy with the results that I ordered Ripped in…

So...since this week started I have finished my first round of 30 Day Shred, and have started doing some of her Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism DVD- which is a little longer, so I have a hard time finishing all 7 circuits before the baby wakes up from his morning nap. But I made it through 5 circuits today (303 calories). I…

You are incredible! An inspiration to us all!

Okay. i have taken before pics, but I'm not posting them. I'm not that brave yet. If I have some really awesome after pictures...then maybe. Waist: 35.5" Over belly button: 43.5" Hips: 43" So...here goes nothing! Lets burn this belly off with some 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30 and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism!!

I would say water retention. I can go up 2 or 3 pounds overnight if I eat to much sodium, or at that time of the month :(. Usually if I increase my water intake it comes down fairly quickly.

Hace you tried a sharp, firm "No. Get down"?? My dog tries to jump and nip at me if I run with her, and she just want to chase and play, it's natural dog behavior. If you don't think the dog is being agressive then it probably isn't!

I see a lot of people who log it as circuit training. I created 30 Day Shred as an exercise and record caloric burn monitored by a HRM

I'm in! The trigger for my weight loss journey was someone asking me when my baby is due....and he is now 11 months old. Clearly...I have some belly to lose.
-
Awesome! Thank you!

I am on Day 26 and loving it (mostly)! It's a good workout but it's tough, I've definitely built up a lot of stamina since I started and it's definitely helping to build and tone muscle.
-
Yay! That's an awesome NSV!

30 Day Shred was great. Hard, but it worked. Right now I'm doing her Banish fat, Boost metabolism DVD which is kicking my *kitten*. It's a little different though- it's all cardio circuits. I have also ordered her Ripped in 30 and 6 week 6 pack. I'm seeing amazing results with her workouts so I plan to continue on!
