A cocktail napkin tray and a dip knife (small butter knife) that I will never use. Yes, it's pretty and it was a nice thought, but will never use it! Give me something I can use!

Enjoy the best workout of your life with Zumba and you won't even be able to tell you are working out you'll feel like you're in the club! LOL So much fun!

I just became a Zumba Instructor, but have been taking the class for a long time now, and I really don't care for the DVD's as much as being in a real class. The instructors on the DVD's are very fake and annoying. BUT that is my opinion. The workouts are still great, I just don't think it is the same!

LOL..... Had fun, but everyone kept quitting before getting to the good stuff. Hahaha! BTW.... Maximus is my hero! That is one of those movies I can watch over, and over, and over, and over.... You get the picture. He's so hot in that movie too!

The Zumba Exhilirate sucks for any advanced exerciser. Especially if you use other fitness d.v.d.s I say it sucks because the girls teaching are too mouthy and look like cheerleaders

Oh yeah......... 28 Days Later.... I HATE that movie. AND "I AM LEGEND" bought the damn thing and it SUCKED! I can't stand zombie-ish movies though, I guess. Scared it could really happen one day, maybe?

It's also too soon for me to tell because I've messed up my wrist by not wearing supports while training, BUT, I think it will work and it's a great concept. I felt better after the first week of lifting! I still had to have my cardio though. Get the book. Read all the way through. Then decide if it's what you want to do!

How much of a caloric deficit are you doing everyday? Maybe you need to increase your cardio some and start lifting heavier weights. You won't bulk up, I promise. You need some more intensity too, and maybe a longer cardio session or 2-3 sessions over the course of a day. Hope this helps. Add me as a friend if you would…

Maybe use a different binder instead of butter? Try some skim milk instead of butter. Cut the parmesan cheese in half maybe? It looks pretty healthy already except the butter...... try some different corn flakes that are the healthiest you can find at the store???
