Interesting. Thank you all! I am a mom of 2, working out 3 times a week (45 min of cardio) I don't do any lifting because I carry around a 23lb 9 mo old Everywhere I go!

I like using diet Swiss Miss hot chocolate packets (25 cal per packet) to mix with my coffee. Kinda makes a low cal Mocha =)

Yes, I was a member until they switched to points plus. I just stopped losing, this site has worked wonders, I was in a plateau for about 2 months on WW now the scale is moving down and it is free! SW: 222 got to 200 with WW. Now I am at 195.

Hmmmm, could be water retention. Sounds like you had a several portions of stock (tons of salt!) and soup (even the low sodium kind has a high salt ratio). Try drinking more than the usual water requirement to get the salt out of your system. Don't worry, you will be back to normal in a day or two. Hope this helps!
