Okay so today is the 4th day that I have taken the stairs and it is really getting better. I'm a little out of practice but soon I will be sprinting up those three flights. Hope everyone is successful in their conquering of stairs.

I did Zumba last night and it was great! The day before I could only stand 15 minutes and last night I did 20 minutes. But I'm thinking about going back to the Curves/Zumba class. It was more intense than the DVD and I feel more accomplished. But it is good if the gym isn't easy to get to. Good Luck everyone!

I did 15 minutes of Zumba last night but I don't know how to track it. But the experience was great! Zumba rocks!
