The 5k each month really helped to motivate me. I would work on improving my time each month. Because I signed up and paid for them :) motivated me even more not to waste my money. lol. I have tried yoga and LOVED it! I did a heat yoga class, but they are just so expensive. If I could afford it, I would definitely do it…

I also completed a fitness assessment at my gym yesterday, so I have sort of a mini goal... I was to complete 30 step ups, 30 sitting squats, 30 push ups and 30 burpees with minimal effort. He explained that I should be able to maneuver and support my body weight with minimal effort, so I think measuring these 4 things…
