I have an office job sitting and only exercised about 30 min a day 5 days a week and lost 78 lbs in 14 months. So I think it's still CICO.

I bought a fan exercise bike from Academy. I love it because it also works my arms and it has a control board that shows the time I rode, how far I rode and how many calories I burned.

If I know I'm going out, I try to not use all my calories in the week and then I can splurge and the calorie count evens out. Fill up on the salad bar, have some meat, enjoy your time and start fresh again the next day. I have a splurge day 1 x week..not wildly over, but extra. I am going out Friday and will review the…

I try not to drink soda at all. But I do have a diet one every now and then. If I am really wanting soda, I go get zevia. It's no calorie, less sodium than diet drinks and made with stevia which is plant based sweetener.

I joined the Y in December and want to lose weight and tone up. I also have no upper body strength. The Y has a great program and put me with a staff member who set me up a gym routine of strength training on 9 different weight resistance machines.
