Arc Trainer 55 minutes. Once I got going tried to maintain heart rate of 160 bpm. Did pretty goo until the 50 minute mark. Haven't worked out for a month...and I felt it.

Be sensible and have "moderate" portions. Just remember it's a "tasting"! Just have fun as birthdays only come once a year!

I just use random shuffle on the mp3 player and whatever plays I listen, dependent on the exercise. If too slow or too fast I just hit next.

If you search the exercise database you will find "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)". You would logged under Cardiovascular.

Noticed a few new faces but even myself I'm not going as often as I like. Reason is that we have one car. I know beat me up for the lame excuse! Just call it sort of a break and when we get that second car I'll bounce back like a madman! LOL!
