If I was to eat the amount of goodness that is in the capsules then it would cost me more than £1.25 which it is at the moment and certainly couldnt get through eating all that fruit and veg in a day lol

Yeah have to agree with you there Lucas. I tried juicing fruit and vegetables and some tasted nasty that why I love my capsules and chewables as they taste yummy. Especially my chocolate and vanilla shakes :-)

I have juiced and it was good for added vitamins but couldn't live on it. i know use juiceplus

yeah i would agree this is a great site. Always people there to support and encourage. i would also say try and sign up for a challenge it will really push you along. July 4th measurements Goal: 4 inches Thighs: 52 1/4 (this number was doubled) Arm: 23 Waist: 40 Hips:44 Chest: 41 looking at it i have already lost 10 inches since i measured at the beginning of last week so think i need to change my goal already lol. i want to lose including the 10 a total of 15 inches.

i never knew that about the metabolic rate rising after exercise. is that why whenever you go swimming you always feel starving on the way out and as a kid i would stop at the vending machine for a choc bar... hmm now what to do eat the calories or save them to burn off quicker???? think if i am am hungry i will eat…

yeah the weight does fluctuate during the day by as much as 5lb i have found when i did and experiment one day lol so when i weigh in i try and think of it as a +/- 2lb this makes me feel better too as i think well in half an hour it may be 2lb lighter than this.
