i read what a lot of you said, about if you're not dying after then you're probably doing it wrong. I did it twice last week and for sure wasn't dying after, so today i'll try to increase my speed, and maybe walk for 30 seconds and run for a minute and a half! thanks for all the advice!

I am the exact same! For me, it's because I hang out with friends who don't have the best eating habits, and I think of it as my way to indulge. But, like everyone else is saying, log everything in. And maybe the week may stress you out, and that might make you eat unhealthily? If that's the case, find some way to deal…

im still losing weight even by drinking diet drinks, i just try and not drink them as often because of all the sugar

i buy orville redenbacher 100 cal popcorn pack and eat that whenever i feel like snacking. it also helps to drink a lot of water, or low calories drinks throughout the day to make you less hungry!

i've been doing this workout for a week now, and after 5 days i'm on level, and i'm extremely sore! when did anyone start noticing results weight lose wise, and lost inches wise? have you changed your diet at all?
