I'm thinking about trying HIIT training, but I have a few questions first. 1) How long do each session usually last? 2) How often do you do it? 3) What results have you had after doing this training? 4) Do you do strength training afterwards? Thanks in advanced!

Heart Rates + Fat Burn
I use a lot of the cardio machines at the gym (i.e. treadmill and elliptical) and sometimes use the fat burning option. What do you guys do when you feel like you're just staying the same and not losing weight?Ever since coming back from my vacation, I feel like i havent been seeing results anymore and just stay at around 160. Any tips on how to start seeing results again?
