Gimme Tips!

Hey Guys! So I'm trying to lose 30lbs so I can weigh around 130lbs. My midterm goal is to lose 10lbs by August 7th because that's when I'm going to New York and I would love to be able to buy some new clothes! I generally exercise 3 times a week for 45 min. Half that time is spent running and the other is spent walking. Are there any other exercise tips or workouts you think I should do other than running to lose the ten pounds and eventually thirty pounds? Should I exercise four times a week?     I do a lot of at home DVDs. The ones I have seen the best results with are Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones, and Burn Fat Boost Metabolism. I would suggest maybe to add in a day or 2 or strength training. Even just 3 lb weights and following some routines found online. Strength training can help your body burn more calories.

    I too really like workout DVD's. I just finished 30 Day shred and am beginning Ripped in 30 tonight. I would recommend maybe increasing your workouts to more days a week and adding some strength training. More muscle means higher calorie burn! And as always, watch what you eat. You can do it!
