When you guys enter it in in your exercise tracker or whatever, what do you enter in? and did you change your workout schedule also?

I just started and am planning on keeping my normal running schedule with it. I have a feeling I might slow down some for the first week and not do as well, but I did both today and lived to tell about it. So far anyway :-P0

I logged it under Circuit training. I didn't do any other workouts besides 30DS, other than an occasional walk or other DVD if I needed the extra calories.0
