1. When ever I get a chance....I work nites so getting to the gym is tough. I try for 2-3 times a week. 2. 30-60 minutes usually on the elliptical machine. 3. 1-2 pounds per week 4. some days yes, some days no. I see what my body needs.

I weigh in weekly (although I did cheat and step on the scale today when I should have waited till sunday). I did lose 1.5 lbs since my last weigh in and was happy to see it :)

if you only make healthy food and tell them that's whats for dinner. If they don't eat it then let them go hungry....after a day or two they will eat it. I am 5'7" and I am looking to get to 150 ultimately and see how I feel. If I can get down to 140-145 I will be happy :)

I limit my carbs and sugar and eat lots of fruits and veg. I am a vegetarian so my diet also contains beans of different types, lentils and veggie burger/textured veg protein/soy too. I have found some great subs for meat that keep me full and give me enough protein.

My fiance bought me a bag of dark chocolate hersheys nuggets with almonds. Mhen i get a craving i have one or two in the evening as a reward (depending on how my calories are at the end of the day). I have not had a problem only limiting myself to that amount. The dark chocolate is good for me too!!

I am a veggie myself and when I cook my chik'n breasts (Quorn brand) I brush them with olive oil and bake them in the oven for 20 minutes. Very yummy and they don't burn.

I will only weigh myself once a week! If I do it more often I get obsessive about every little bit of weight fluctuation. My fiance reported to me that he consistently weighs more on my scale than the one his has at his apartment. Probably a change in gravity (that's the running joke). I did the easiest thing possible....I got all the junk out of the house and stocked up on lots of fruits and veggies. I work 3 night shifts a week too so its easier for me to avoid the snacks (I pack food to take with me and only eat what I bring). There is no place to go get food close to where I work. Good luck!!
