How can not eating be good for you? I can understand occasional fasting and calorie counting, but not eating much or nothing every day can only lead to disaster. Did you talk to your doctor before you started these supplements? If you take them too much and become dependent on their appetite suppression you will never…

I wake up at 430am to catch a train to work. I usually have breakfast at 7:30 once I get settled at work. Lunch usually around 12:30 and a snack around 2pm. Usually eat dinner around 7pm. Dinner is always my biggest meal. I'm usually full after dinner and don't need to eat again because I go to bed at 10pm.

I eat Sargento thin sliced cheese. Kraft singles aren't even real cheese....it's "cheese product". Yuck

I had mine open when I first started here on MFP. I got too many emails and messages about what I should and shouldn't eat and what I was doing wrong. I am counting calories for ME not anyone else so I put my diary accessible with a password only.

I am set for 1750 a day. Most days I average between 1500 and 1700. Some days I am not hungry so I eat as much as I can (don't want to get sick) and I will eat a little extra the next day to try to make up for it. I also work nights so my feeding schedule is very different than someone who works days.

you are absolutely not eating enough! you need to figure out your basal metabolic rate and see how many calories you are burning just by being alive and then eat 20% more than that (I think that is the number) good luck

I work nights in a medical clinic on a construction site. Most of my shift is spent sitting at my desk doing paperwork and treating patients in the clinic. Once a night I have to go out and do a site tour and wear the 35 pound medic pack on my back when I do. I count that as exercise (lots and lots of walking). I figure…

I have protein powder mixed with 8oz of milk and a piece of fruit as my end of work meal usually 2 hours before I go to bed (in the morning). I work nights so that breakfast gives me much needed protein and keeps me full until I get up and have my evening meal prior to going to work. I have found that I eat less junk by…
