  • Way to go! You are always such an inspiration!
  • My parents had a friend that went on the wine diet. Gained like 30 pounds in a month and was drunk as a skunk for all of it.
  • Hi! I just found out I am pregnant and am about 30 pounds overweight. I am looking to gain, but want to focus on doing it the most healthy way. Would love to be friends and share notes!
  • Yeah, I totally use a cooling rack as the grate. Just spray it with some pam so they don't stick at all and it works really well and is cheaper and lazier than getting some other tool :)
  • The way to get them crispy is to put a grate on the cookie sheet so that there is room below the fries to crisp them from the bottom. I use the exact same recipe, but just put them on the grate and they turn out awesome. I use this same trick with anything that I want to make extra crispy without frying!
  • I totally do this, but I hang them in a space near the kitchen so when I am going for that extra cookie that won't fit into my calories for the day, I can stop myself. I think it is totally a useful visual tool! I had a white sundress that I bought two summers ago in a 12 hanging for like 6 months. Never could get the…
  • I am hoping to start trying for baby number 1 in September. I have lost 33 pounds since 2011 (despite what MFP says :) and would really like to lose at least another 10 before getting pregnant. I can definitely use all the support that I can get and give. I'm on every day and log every day. I have been eating between…
  • Cook it if it starts to look like its going to turn. A massive amount of raw spinach will cook to a tiny bit of cooked spinach. I add that to omelets or eat it plain with some olive oil and garlic.

  • I had this issue as well. Gummy vitamins don't have the same effect, but still have iron and magnesium in them. It's worth trying them if you haven't yet! (some of them are pretty delicious as well, but they do have calories)
  • Hi, I'm 33 and hoping to get pregnant later this year, so I will hopefully be a mom :) I have about 30 pounds to go and have lost 32 so far (despite what MFP says). Feel free to add me! I have my diary open and log every day.
  • If you think you might be uncomfortable, try going it online first. There are youtube videos for sure. I have been to a lot of different classes. Like everyone said, it really depends on the instructor. Some are awesome and make it easy to follow along, some expect you to be a professional dancer. But don't give up if you…
  • I'm a huge fan of crustless quiches. I just made this one the other day and it was awesome: http://southernfood.about.com/od/quicherecipes/r/r100416a.htm I also make a cucumber salad - everything chopped: cucumber, feta cheese, sundried tomatoes, olives, red onion, mushrooms, greek dressing. Serving is 255 calories and 8…
  • I've been low-carbing as a lifestyle for a few months now. I go out of it every once in awhile for special occassions, but try to stick to less than 100 a day. So far, it has been great and I never feel like I am depriving myself. If I want a beer, I drink a beer. If I want a piece of cake, I eat a piece of cake. I just…
  • I'm in! Can't wait to hit my goal with some support and encouragement along the way: SW: 214 CW: 185 GW: 178 (for the month) GW overall: 155
  • We have a GE water filtration system hooked up in the kitchen. It has three filters and get out everything - we live in PA where the water is polluted with fracking chemicals and Britas just don't get everything out. So far, it is amazing! It tastes like Aquafina and is pretty much the best thing I have ever purchased!
  • I'm on daily as well and would love some more friends - especially if you keep your food diaries public! I need some insight into what you all that have been losing tons of weight eat! I am gluten free, sugar free for 5 days now. Going well, but would love to see other's foods for inspiration!
  • Me too! This is a great idea!
