i have them for walking, at work i can't say they improve your butt and legs but i can say it improves posture i have less back pain after 12 hours of work than i used to and they are very comfortable well worth the money, like walking on sand.

it seems as though many people on here are deathly afraid of protein. extra protein in your diet is not going to hurt you especially if you work out. you need it. i get 90-100g a day by the way and have seen amazing results from my diet and routine. i have lost 31 pounds so far.

i hear you as well i weigh 165 right now and although i lost 30 pounds i too have that problem i am 5"7 so not obese i am very muscular and it hurts. i have to put goldbond powder before i leave work and exercise or i will get chaffing as well.

beware of the laughing cow cheeses they are low in calories however each wedge contains 210 mg of sodium you have about 2-3 of those and you will be over your salt limit with all your other meals

i agree i go over my protein every day by atleast 20-30 points, i eat a lot of chicken fish protein bars eggs etc, it is not very hard at all

pure protein shakes and the bars are excellent. the shakes pack in about 170 calories 3 sugars and about 35 protein, the bars are 180-200 calories and 20 g protein 3 sugar. not alot of carbs either
