I just started today and I was under the assumption that it is to be done everyday for 30 days. I also do 60 minutes cardio at the gym 4-5/week.

Mine says 124.4 just about where I would want to be for my goal weight of 125

For an example... My calorie goal is set at 1200 and I burn 300 calories I should only eat 200 of those calories back to stay within the 1200 range?

Same here... I've been asking this question all day and keep getting conflicting answers. Just frustrated.

I'm back to being confused.... some people say to eat back the calories you burn other people say not to eat back the calories you burn.... which is it. I'm at a stand still in my weight loss.

Most people say to log it in as the same day not the next day. New day starts when you wake up from sleeping all night.

I think mine is a WW scale. It has the WW logo on it. I'm not sure though. I bought mine at Target I believe.
