You also might want to try having less processed food - ditch the canned veggies and go for the real thing. You can cook chicken breasts and cut up fresh veggies ahead of time. I also agree with the other poster who suggests going lower carb rather than super low carb.

I haven't gone through the rest of the thread but this was my first thought too. After getting a Garmin, I realized that I had been overestimating my calorie burn by over 30! Just do it - you'll feel better afterwards. If you really want to stay in, you can do videos at home. My go-tos are the Insanity and Cathe DVDs. Plus I have a gym in my building so no excuses for me.

I just got into a fight with SO over SIL's passive aggressive behaviour last night. Libby gives really good advice about being careful to not fall into the trap of lashing out. I know that it's so much easier said than done. All the best to you!
