I only have one child (a daughter) and I had her when I was 28. It seems late for many but I did complete three university degrees before that and had her at the end of my first year teaching. I'm 34 now.

I hate wasting food, so I would just either eat half or get the mini bagels instead. If you're making a sandwich and don't want to eat it open-faced, then just get the thin bagels.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I was running a lot more and had dropped some weight. I lost my period for almost a year, and like you, took multiple pregnancy tests that all came out negative. I wasn't until I put some of the weight back on that my period came out. There's so much you can do without the gym! I like running outdoors. When at home, I tend to do Insanity, or Insanity Asylum for cardio and NROLFW (New Rules of Lifting for Women) for weights.
