I like celery, but only with some kind of dip or something. I had some yesterday actually , made a pretty good dip too. A small container of lowfat greek yogurt mixed with a packet of zero sodium chicken broth. another good dip, but not one I recommend bringing to work is to take a whole thing of garlic and roast it in the…

two super easy crock pot favorites a pork loin covered in bbq sauce. low for 8 hours. you can shred it up with a fork and it's like pulled pork or chicken breast, a can of your favorite salsa, chopped peppers, the juice of a lime, chicken broth. Sorry I don't have measurements I never measure

this is my favorite one, it doesn't have too much heat but great flavor. It's really good with tomato based or veggie soups. Plus that little kick of lime is awesome

Mainly for me it is my family. Whenever i talk to anyone all they talk to me about is my weight. Any time I call, it's "how are you, have you lost any weight? you really need to loose weight" my grandma told me once when she was talking to an old friend of hers who asked about me, she said while laughing "yeah she asked…

me personally I like honesty from my husband. If I'm wearing something that isn't flattering on me I want him to tell me. If I ask if an outfit makes me look fat I want him to tell me honestly if it does. And he does and I swear I don't get mad. I mean if your spouce can't be completely honest with you who can? I think you…

a great salt snack is roasted beet chips. peel some beets and slice them super thin like potato chips. Arrange them on a paper towel in a single layer, cover with another paper towel and press on them to get some of the moisture out. Then arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer, sprinkle with seasonings (salt and…
