  • I wish I could be that consistent... My graph looks like a set of steps... no loss for 3 weeks then 3lbs in one week, then no loss for another 3 weeks... and yes those last few pounds seem the hardest of all!
  • Me too, only a short ride 10-15 minutes depending on the lights, but it does make a difference and it makes the longer rides easier to start... :smile: By the way its not New York, but a Preston second ain't much longer than an NY second!!

  • That is so like me! I want NOT to be able to borrow my cycling buddies (large size) shorts because they are too big! Getting there tho - I spent ages at work on Friday squeezing between packing crates rather than going round - just because I could!! :laugh:
