I would like to join in. I'm just getting back to this site after a long break. I lost 10lbs last year but have but 6 back on :(. I want to lose those 6 plus another 20 this year. I bought the DVD's and am starting today.

I agree with the previous posters - it's likely not all fat gain. I bet if you jump right back on the wagon you'll see those first few pounds drop right back off. You can do it!

My schedule is: 2.5 hour walk (with hills) once per week 1 hour Zumba class 2x per week. On the days off I do the Shred video Sunday I don't do any workouts.

I have been entering mine as "Dancing, aerobic, ballet or modern, twist". I do an hour class so I just enter the time - I don't wear a HRM either. Are you enjoying Zumba? I love it - the hour goes by so fast.
