Day 7 Level 1 done, plus I did a 2 mile walk this afternoon. It is not easier for me as each day goes by. Shoulders and knees hurt, I should get my HRM tomorrow, Tuesday at the latest. Day 5 Level 1, shoulders hurt with weights, knees hurt all the time. My clothes are feeling loose. Weigh in is Sunday, I think I need to take my measurements again. Walked this morning before 30DS, it is getting easier, however the knees are killing me. I felt so bad for missing yesterday (mental breakdown day) Still logging my foods, I also lowered my calorie limit in MFP from what was automatically put in when I started last month. Do you know if it changes as you lose weight?

NotGoddess, I was sore today too. Do not worry about having to take breaks, it will get easier. I had a very hard time with my knees this morning. I think (hope) after a week we will not have any soreness.

Finished Day3 with sore shoulders and knees. The knees are the worse. I am hoping they get better as I lose more weight. It was hard just putting any pressure on them. I am sure by the end of the first week all the soreness should be worked out. The 20 minutes went by faster for me today. I am missing my walks, however…

We now have 31 people who have joined our group. I hope we can "Freind" each other so we can support one another. This 10 minute limit for adding friends is a pain. That was an oops I forgot to add, I am using 3lbs - I do take a break with the arms during that exercise and just keep the legs going for a few before adding the arms again

30DS D1L1 Complete, I have Rice Krispies in my knees, when I do those knees circles they Snap, Crackle, Pop. I do believe Jill has trouble telling time, her 30 seconds FEEL like 5 minutes, but I made it through and look forward to doing it again tomorrow.

keep trying, I had to take several brakes the first day and I was sore the following day. I took 2 days off then did it again. It was easier the 2nd try.
