Also involve the family if you're exercising. My daughter does some of mine with me, and we go for long walks on the weekends. I've changed my family's after work structure a little bit for my need to lose weight. It's about balance and finding something that works for you.

I drink yogi detox tea. It's supposed to support kidney function. I tried it years ago for diet reasons. Now I know I just need a ton of water and less processed foods. I still drink it at night because I like the taste.

Coffee = Life in my house. Never thought of as an addiction. I drink coffee all day long. If my husband has too much coffee and not enough food his stomach hurts. I have a few friends that can not tolerate certain creamers and go for dairy free. Maybe these could be part of the issues you're having.

I'm going to have to find out my body fat percentage. I've never had an actual measurement done before.

Right now 70 grams of protein is what comes in normally. I do want to lose fat and build muscle. I know both do not happen at the same time. I'm thinking maybe pushing to 100 grams a day and go from there.

My sister says she makes protein pudding because she doesn't like the shakes. I'm willing it give it a shot. I've always been Leary about taking any type of supplement shake.

I usually drink about 8 glasses of water a day give or take. I also drink a lot of coffee, I've found if I don't drink enough water I don't poop regularly.

Anything I can make for dinner I can usually take for lunch too. I work in an office and prep some of my food on sundays. I warm it up in the microwave here.

Not drinking enough water. I didn't drink nearly as much water as I usually do, come Monday morning I look about the same but the scale hates me.

I've done insanity once before a few years ago, and I'm now almost through with week 3. I've lost 5 lbs and several inches. In my pic is me June 4th (on the left) before insanity, and right is on the 4th of July (mid week 3) I have heard that max 30 is tough, I've never tried it.

I hadn't been feeling that great about my body, I had been trying to "embrace my curves" even tho I wasn't happy. I had a medical emergency and saw the number at the scale while at the emergency room. Afterward I knew I needed to start taking better care of myself and make myself a priority.
