During the weekends, I wake up and work out right away, but during the week I need to leave for work by 6:30, so afternoon and evening workouts it is. I feel a lot better when I do work out first thing in the morning. I wish it could happen during the week!

Thanks for the responses! I changed my weight loss from 1.5 pounds per week to 1 pound per week and I gained an extra 170 calories, so that should be helpful. I am a binger, as well. I know that after a binge, I am supposed to get right back on track with the next meal, but that is just about impossible for me to do!
