I had 8 oz.of salmon tonight with broccoli, mushrooms, and Brussels sprouts topped with fat free feta cheese... seasoned salmon with olive oil,oregano and one minced garlic clove- delicious and 411 calories! I couldn't even finish it!

I find that I have the most difficult time with salty foods... last night at the movies I couldn't say "no" to the theater popcorn + butter.. even the small was a ton of calories. I'm thinking about starting to bring my own popcorn but being a rule follower I am nervous about "sneaking" food in. Anyone else have any ideas?…

I just found and made an amazing recipe! It's for dessert (or a snack). Mine didn't look chocolatey but did taste amazing and if you aren't gluten free I am sure you could use regular oats. http://heidipowell.net/853/peanut-butter-power-fudge/

Well... it has been almost 3 years since my original post! I actually weigh 3 pounds more than when I originally started with MFP. I NEED to make a change and with all of the giving up in the past few years I just feel like a failure. The good thing is somehow I have managed to maintain my weight and not gain another 10-30…

I make a lot of tofu marinated in every way possible (Google marinades), I also eat the Shiratake noodles available at Whole Foods, and every once in a while will eat Morningstar's chipotle burger (Costco). Of course if you are a vegetarian that eats fish, that is a great way to get protein but it depends on what you do…
