It happens, we all get into a rut of eating the same things and then quickly burn out. Suggestions of your favorite snacks? It seems like all I do lately is workou to eat more! Help!
The last 2 weeks I am either over my calories or if I am under it is b/c I worked out. I need to have a deficit and it seems I am lacking such lately. Any ideas? I've heard of the fasting diet and I am contemplating it. What about meals with low calories...

So, for the first time ever my doctor seemed concerned about my weight gain. I was always very active until the past year or two when I enrolled in grad. school and all I do is study, eat, and sleep. I have gained 31 pounds in the past 12-18 months and have increased my pant size from a 6 to a 10. :-( The upcoming year is…
