It seems like all I do lately is workou to eat more! Help!

The last 2 weeks I am either over my calories or if I am under it is b/c I worked out. I need to have a deficit and it seems I am lacking such lately. Any ideas? I've heard of the fasting diet and I am contemplating it. What about meals with low calories...
