The last 2 days I've had my oatmeal with blackberries. I start the oatmeal on the stove. Add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Let it boil for about 4 min. Then add 1/2 Cup of blackberries. When it's done, put it in a bowl and top with 2 Tbsp of chopped walnuts and 1 tsp of brown sugar. Love it.

Done with 8 lb dumbbell. BTW, I've never seen the "overhead" style of side bends before. I was surprised how much more challenging it is to hold the weight overhead as opposed to at my side. Thank you!

You're supposed to rest between strength workouts. By working different muscle groups on different days, they can do strength workouts everyday. So if you work arms Monday, then on Tuesday, you can let your arms rest and work your legs.

Finished ! ! I did the standing crunches which was a great wo! I can feel it in the upper part of my thigh as well as my entire ab & mid section. I have never seen that particular exercise before, but I like it. Thank you very much.
