I tie my dogs loaded poop bags to a clip on her harness. It's her job to carry it. When we pass a trash can I just release it from the clip and toss.

I've been eating mostly vegetarian for over a year now. At first I had trouble with getting to much fat, from dairy & oil, so I've learned to watch that too. Now I'm following the starch solution, eating lots of beans, rice, potatoes, oatmeal, fruits, veggies.

Just body weight here. I've been doing sets of 10 throughout the day along with a matching set of toe touches. Not much, but I've been lacking in motivation lately, so this is good for now.

Yes to snow shoveling! And it has the added benefit of being able to go inside if you get too cold. Jump rope is a great workout if you have a little space. Otherwise, YouTube has lots of workout videos

One time I went out to Chili's and ordered shrimp on a skewer. Shrimp doesn't have many calories; how bad can it be, right? It was well over 1000 calories (O.O) What did they do to it?
