I saw that show. It had a lot of good points. Lucky for me, I already like many different fruits & veggies. Mainly, I've just had to cut back on the treats and the "food like products," and keep an accurate count of my calories.

When I do an exercise that's not in the MFP database, I usually just enter it as "aerobics general," or "aerobics low impact"

I never carry water. When it's 95* out, I'm the only one on the trail. Sometimes, I go to a shady trail - Ah ha!!. I drink water before and after running.

If you have a baby sled, it's quite a workout to pull kids around the yard in the sled for 20 minutes. My kids both loved that. And when summer comes, put the little one in a backpack and go for a hike or walk.

Week 5 (7) Col 2, day 3: Pushups: 18,18,20,20,17,17,20 Floor, 46 Bench. I'm supposed to do another exhaustion test this weekend. I don't like them either. I guess I'll do the test, but I anticipate doing week 5 again. I'm not discouraged though. When we started, I only did 10.

Sure, I get tired of all the logging and calorie counting sometimes. I keep logging on MFP because I enjoy my pals. I don't mind the cardio because I do a huge variety. When my intuition says veggies, it's ok to run with it regardless of calories or macros. But when it says cookies, I'd better count calories (well most of them).
