Thurs 2/21, Week 4, Day 2, Col 3: Pushups challenge: 25,29,25,25 Toes/floor 46 Bench - Really struggling to get more than 30 on the floor. Missed day 3. I just did a exhaustion test and got 33 on my toes. That may not impress you guys, but it impresses me. I'm going to move on to Week 5, column 2.

Week 4, Col 3, Day 1, Toes/floor: 21,25,21,21, Bench 35. I was really struggling with the sets today. I knew I couldn't do "at least 32" on the floor, so I did the last set on a low bench. We'll see how it goes.

Honestly, I think I gained weight from eating too many cookies, cake and ice cream, rather than a miscalculation of calories by the food retailers. Week 4, Day 3 Col 2: 23,28,23,23,30 I waited all afternoon between the 4th & 5th sets, and made the 5th my exhaustion test. I was supposed to do at least 33. I will be repeating week 4 on column 3. As long as I'm progressing, I don't really care how long this takes. You guys are doing well.

I am not fasting, but I have been drinking green juice everyday for two weeks. I like it and I'm having a blast mixing different veggies, and re-making salad recipes into juice. Today I had rainbow chard, kale, bell pepper, cucumber, anise, jalapeno, and half sweet red apple. It was delecious! Good luck on your adventure.
