I have found that a daily burn of 200 to 300 is my sweet spot for losing weight, plus counting calories of course. A bigger burn, makes me more hungry.

I do those sometimes in the winter and log it as low impact aerobics. Also, I usually hold hand weights during the routine for a little extra umph. Edit: Those are free on YouTube.

I like to play tennis sometimes, and basketball too. I've put myself on the free agent list for women's 3v3 teams this fall. Hope something turns up. Oh, and I like racquetball too. And soccer. I'll do anything really.

Swimming is a fun and relaxing workout. Public pools are usually quiet between 4 & 7.
