I love mine! It's really good for muscles that you can't really stretch easily, being a dancer sometimes parts of your body are too flexible to get a stretch out of stretches so the foam roller is like giving yourself a message, using your own body weight! It's fantastic

Yay! Although I didn't stick to my goals at all. And this week was really weird. I'm off school right now, studying for finals so high stress and low structure. But I've been sure to stay under my calories everyday and I think that is what is paying off. Or my scale is lying (lets not go there). So my goal for this week is…

the loaf slices usually have less calories because they are smaller than the scones and the muffins. And watch out for the reduced fat items. If you are concerned with fat content they're okay but they are really high calorie. Good Luck on your finals! I'm sure you'll ace them!

Yay! I am feeling very good about this today. My friends and I went to a bar on friday to celebrate the end of classes and it was really nice to be able to wear my "skinny jeans" and be able to breath! I don't believe that beauty has to be pain! lol My goal for this week is to EXERCISE. I've really been falling behind…

brussel sprouts eh? I'll have to try that! You can also use normal potatoes and if you broil them ( put them on a rack right underneath the elements ) they will crisp up nicely

Hello all! So I was getting dressed this morning and I decided to try on some jeans that stopped fitting in the summer and guess what? They fit again! There is definately room for improvement, but it felt so good to know that my efforts actually are producing some results!

I'm glad you had a good vacation Kelsey! And I love your acceptance philosophy! Things are pretty good with me. I've been having some difficulty with the water, but I've just got to put my mind to it. School is getting pretty stressful too. We're gearing up to finals and I got some disappointing marks back from my last set…

Or maybe sign up for some kind of class or sessions with a trainer, or a running group. Sometimes it's easier to go if it feels like an obligation rather than a "I should go to the gym/running/swimming ect." I know that helped me, having a set time to go and exercise

Hello All Well I'm back! Not that I went away, things have just been really stressful and I couldn't deal with weight stuff. I should probably let you all know that I have an eating disorder, so sometimes I get a little obsessed with this kind of stuff. But I'm doing better now. My goals for this week are three fold 1) Log…

Kelsey- I'm glad to hear the running is going so well for you. That is awesome!

I run around a lake that is close to my house, it's really more of a glorified swamp and I sallow flies all the time! hahaha, for some reason there is no calorie count for flies on mpf. lol Anyways, I have sort of fallen off the wagon so to speak. But I'm trying harder...everyday. My goal for this week is to simply log all…

Hello! I have a question for you guys: What do you do when your friends/family don't support your need to lose weight. Well, it's not really that they don't support it, they just aren't doing it too. Do you eat separate meals and different times? Do you just have to prioritize it and try to fit yourself in when you can?…

I HATED running. Until last year when I started again. I found that finding a program that was paced really slowly was good for me. I am much better at interval running then I am pure distance. It's all about starting slowly and doing what works for you. My dog also really helps me get out there. It's hard to stay at home…
